The number
of type 2 diabetes, is increasing each year. Mainly because healthy food is more expensive and harder to obtain.
Once discovered type 2 diabetes, it is too late to reverse this trend. In general, medications are used to control type 2 diabetes, but there are alternatives. The number of supplements available for the control of diabetes is almost endless, but they are not necessarily the best ways to control diabetes type 2. It means giving up all junk food and eating meals means relatively tedious and it means having to exercise. A sedentary lifestyle with a high consumption of junk food is how we become diabetic in the first place. The foods we avoid foods that are maintaining the levels of glucose in the blood or down the food we’ve been told a million times to avoid. We should avoid fast food, red meat and heavy foods on fat and cholesterol. We need to eat fish two or three times a week, preferably small fish. The fruit is often considered a very healthy food, but not so much whether you have diabetes, a little “fruit is good, but the food giant’s books like potato should be avoided. Carrots and other foods heavy on sugar should be avoided.
Exercise is the second component to control diabetes type 2. An elevated heart rate, it really is not as useful as you might think, makes the heart stronger, but in general the best profit for the year of type 2 diabetes is weight reduction. The same exercise burns glucose and loss of excess weight improves glycemic control.
